Indivisible CA 45 Visit Derek Tran’s Office In Person

We will visit Derek’s office in Cypress every 2 weeks at 1:30,

A carpool will meet at 1 PM in the parking lot at the old Coco’s Restaurant on the south-east corner of State College and Imperial, next to the 57 freeway. We expect to return to the carpool place at 2:30 to 3 PM.

This will be in informal meeting with Tran’s staff.

We leave comment cards to thank him voting for legislation we support
and to request his support his support for our issues and legislation.

During previous visits we have asked for an in-person town hall, and for his support on issues such as public education, medicaid, prop 50, and immigration policy.

The purpose of our visit is to thank Derek for any recent legislation/ votes and to encourage his support for upcoming legislation. Generally, we only have a couple of minutes to talk with the office staff. Our comments will be written on comment cards (either provided at the office or by me). Usually we talk with an intern or staff member. The purpose of the visit is to develop a relationship with the district office staff as well as to briefly share our support and to increase our visibility in the district.
