DESCRIPTION:We will visit Derek’s office in Cypress every 2 weeks at 1:30\, \n6803 International Ave. Suite 100 Cypress 90630 \nA carpool will meet at 1 PM in the parking lot at the old Coco’s Restaurant on the south-east corner of State College and Imperial\, next to the 57 freeway. We expect to return to the carpool place at 2:30 to 3 PM. \nThis will be in informal meeting with Tran’s staff. \nWe leave comment cards to thank him voting for legislation we support\nand to request his support his support for our issues and legislation. \nDuring previous visits we have asked for an in-person town hall\, and for his support on issues such as public education\, medicaid\, prop 50\, and immigration policy. \nA carpool will meet at 1 PM in the parking lot at the former Coco’s Restaurant on the south-east corner of State College and Imperial\, next to the 57 freeway.\n1250 E Imperial Hwy\, Brea\, CA 92821\nWe expect to return to the carpool place at 2:30 to 3 PM. \nThe purpose of our visit is to thank Derek for any recent legislation/ votes and to encourage his support for upcoming legislation. Generally\, we only have a couple of minutes to talk with the office staff. Our comments will be written on comment cards (either provided at the office or by me). Usually we talk with an intern or staff member. The purpose of the visit is to develop a relationship with the district office staff as well as to briefly share our support and to increase our visibility in the district. \n

DESCRIPTION:Join with Indivisible CA 45\, Indivisible La Habra\, and Whittier Indivisible as we help fill in our section in Long Beach for the PCH Rally on Saturday September  27. \nThis rally will follow the coast from Orange County to LA in a spectacular show of solidarity. \nWe will stretch across a half-mile segment from 2nd Street & Pacific Coast Highway\, west  along the south side of 2nd street to the west end of the 2nd Street bridge.\nThis is “Segment number 2” on the Long Beach Indivisible plan. \nPARKING PARKING PARKING PARKING\n-FREE Alamitos Bay Marina parking across from the 2nd & PCH mall. It is between the boats and the parking structure. Make sure NOT to park in “Boat Owner” spots.\n– Parking on the street with street meters is $1.75 per hour.\n– The parking structure for the 2nd & PCH shopping center is free for the first 90 minutes and $2.00 for every 20 minutes after that.\n\n\n\nRegister on Mobilize HERE to receive critical event updates.
